Delivery & Returns
Honey B’s provide a wide choice of UK and International delivery services including standard 5 day carriage or a choice of next day delivery options.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland, but unfortunately geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. There may be occasions where we may not be able to deliver certain products to outlying regions of the UK.
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. In these cases please allow an additional day for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Halloween, World Book Day and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, we display important customer information and delivery updates on this page under the Delivery Service Update section, so please check for details and allow extra time for delivery.
Unfortunately we can only track and guarantee BFPO parcel delivery times via the Civilian service. We ask that all BFPO customers allow sufficient time for receipt of goods, especially non-European and distant geographies. Please visit the BFPO website for more information.

UK Standard delivery
All items are sent out using the Royal Mail 1st class post. There is an option to upgrade to expedited tracked mail at checkout
Republic of Ireland
Eire is classed as International Postage therefore delivery charge is £12.99 for the first item plus £1.25.75 for each additional item
Delivery charge is £9.99 for the first item plus £1.25 for each additional item
Rest of the World
Delivery charges are £12.50 for the first item plus £2.50 for each additional item
Orders placed before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day, if not then they will be sent out the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery can take between 1 to 3 working days for the UK although this is not a guarantee.
In the event that an item goes missing within Royal Mail please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch before a claim can be investigated and classed as missing. It may be prudent to check with your local sorting office in case they are holding your order. After 15 days we will then either send you a replacement, or if no stock is available, refund your payment.
If your order is over £25 we will send by recorded delivery or 48 hour courier at no extra cost. Please supply us with a mobile number or email address and we will arrange for delivery updates to be sent to you
Deliveries outside of the UK
We ship worldwide using “signed for” or “tracked” airmail services depending on your location
Delivery times are typically
EU countries – 8 - 12 working days,
Rest of the World – 15 - 25 working days
These delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by, and not limited to, availability of flights, weather, local customs or local delivery services.
For customers purchasing outside of the European Union (EU) it is your responsibility to pay any local taxes or duties due in your country
Large orders can be sent by international couriers or Global Priority so prices available upon request
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform HoneyBselection by emailing us at email@example.com quoting your order number along reason for return, if the item is faulty please notify us of the nature of the defect. We will then send you a returns order number. Please do not send returns without this number as they will not be processed. Once we have accepted your request you should return the item to us within 14 days. If an item you are in receipt of is too small please don’t try to force it on. We are happy to exchange for a larger size so please enclose your exact requirements.
In the case of faulty goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods with the original packaging. Once you have submitted your notice of cancellation, the goods must be returned at your own cost
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession.
On receipt of the returned goods a refund of the original purchase price will be made either to your debit/credit card or PayPal account. Please note this can take several days to appear on your bank statement or PayPal account
In the case of faulty goods we shall, after receiving notification and return of items refund the original cost of the item and any reasonable return postage costs.
We cannot be responsible for items which are not received by us and would recommend that you use a recorded service to return valuable items.
Underwear and hosiery are non-returnable once removed from sealed packaging.
Additional charges for Express Delivery are non-refundable at any point unless the service has not been fulfilled
